········································ ········································ 新疆栽种桑树已有多年的历史,生息于这片土地上的维吾尔人,面对严酷的生存环境,养成了栽桑、惜桑和靠桑维持生计的习惯,从而造就了艾德莱斯纺织、乐器制作、桑汁加工等传统技艺的延续和发展。 桑葚,又名桑果,有黑、白和柘等三种(其中:柘较为少见),维吾尔人称“玉吉麦”。民间被誉为“圣果”,现代医学界誉为“最佳保健果品”。生活在塔克拉玛干深处的维吾尔人早年就发明了既能能跨季节食用,又能防病治病、延年益寿的神奇药液--“桑汁”。 ········································ 桑汁,分为白桑汁和黑桑汁等两种。经过采收、去除杂质、揉碎、煮开、滤皮、沉淀、过滤、蒸煮、加入青杏、装葫芦等10道工序进行。成品可以直接食用,还能兑水或做成“多哈福”(维吾尔族的一种饮料,桑汁加冰调匀制成)饮用。对于贫血、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、神经衰弱等病症患者大有裨益,亦适用于女性、中老年人及过度用眼者,密封后,可保存3至5年不变质。 ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ ········································ 摄影师简介 ········································ 阿不来提·阿西木,男,维吾尔族,新疆皮山县人。年出生在教师之家,年参加工作并在共青团皮山县委员会、皮山县委、县文体局等单位工作。现中华人民共和国香港特别行政区国际摄影学会会员,新疆维吾尔自治区摄影家协会会员,和田地区文联摄影家协会会员。 ································· 在新华网、《新疆日报》《新疆工人时报》《和田日报》《乌鲁木齐晚报》《新疆画报》《新玉文艺》等报刊杂志,方发表新闻和艺术作品余幅。地区级影展中,曾多次获得一、二、三等奖。7年参加新疆维吾尔自治区文化厅举办的《非物质文化遗产保护摄影展》一组摄影作品获得《群星奖》银奖,一组获得优秀奖 特约主编程万里 策划/艾尔肯·塔西铁木尔 图片编辑/艾热提·艾沙 编辑/吾尔开西·加怕尔/王雯馨 编辑/岳琴 来源:摄影专题 赞赏 |
